Senior Software Tester (m/f/d)

For this, we are looking for you to join our team in the role of a Senior Software Tester.

Your tasks

• You act as a quality gate for our releases – no feature goes into production without your approval!
• You are an essential part of an Integration(Regression) Team that tests new features in conjunction with existing functionalities for releases, this includes:
  • the maintenance of existing test cases to align with new features
  • the execution of Regression Suite every release
  • the participation in specifying the test cases based on user stories
  • the participation in executing the E2E tests
  • the internal prioritization of tasks and found bugs
  • the documentation and reporting of test results
• The test techniques in accordance with the ISTQB standard are your basis
• You actively participate in test retrospectives to ensure the continuous improvement of processes
• You support and participate during the team’s transformation to Test Automation

We are looking for

• 5+ years of professional Software Testing experience
• Experience and good understanding of Agile Methodologies
• Analytical thinking and the ability to think abstractly
• Solution-oriented and a precise way of working with a high level of user perception
• Strong documentation/communication skills and an excellent team player
• Extensive experience with Jira, Confluence and/or other Test Management tools
• Basic knowledge of the financial sector
• English level C1, German knowledge welcome
• Leadership skill is a plus
• ISTQB, ITIL certification is a plus
