Agile Tester (m/f/d)

We have set ourselves ambitious goals for 2023 and are committed to growing in a sustainable way. Our roadmap includes the digitization of further markets and products as well as numerous additional services. For this, we are looking for you to join our team in the role of an Agile Tester.

Your tasks

• You act as a quality gate for our features – no feature goes into production without your approval!
• You are an essential part of a Scrum Team and test new features close to development and on your own responsibility, this includes:
  • the specification of test cases based on user stories
  • the execution of E2E tests
  • the internal prioritization of tasks and found bugs
  • the documentation and reporting of test results
  • the structuring and further development of the internal test management and quality assurance for our application
• The assumption of own activity related projects and self-responsible topic
• The test techniques in accordance with the ISTQB standard are your basis
• You actively participate in test retrospectives to ensure the continuous improvement of processes
• You support and participate during the team’s transformation to Test Automation

We are looking for

• 5+ years of professional Agile Testing experience
• Experience and good understanding of Agile Methodologies
• Analytical thinking and the ability to think abstractly
• Solution-oriented and a precise way of working with a high level of user perception
• Strong documentation/communication skills and an excellent team player
• Extensive experience with Jira, Confluence and/or other Test Management tools
• Knowledge of the financial sector
• English level C1, German knowledge welcome
• ISTQB, ITIL certification is a plus
