Content of the event

From February 2024, vc trade will be introduced as the central system for the lifecycle of Schuldscheindarlehen (promissory notes) / Namensschuldverschreibungen (registered bonds). In future, all in-life information will only be created and distributed via the platform. Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen (Helaba) will be the first bank to use the functionality. Other paying agents are already in preparation.

The focus of the webinar will be to provide you with all the relevant information about onboarding. In the past, more than 300 savings banks, 250 cooperative and 250 commercial banks have already been successfully onboarded. The webinar is aimed specifically at companies that are not yet onboarded with vc trade. The event will be held in English.

There will be another webinar in January 2024, which will give you a general introduction to the paying agent functionalities.
